Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher in Hawaii to manage delivery tickets, route optimization, and coordination with regional teams. You will ensure timely deliveries, verify details with technicians and couriers, and maintain patient confidentiality while delivering outstanding customer care.

As a non-exempt operations role, you’ll work closely with the Department Manager and use MS Office and routing systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry.
• Senior level requires two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience.
• Exact job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment that routinely bills insurance.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Route delivery tickets and create efficient routes for technicians.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with regional branches to meet delivery goals.
• Screen tickets for mistakes and coordinate corrections with management.
• Verify delivery/pick up details with patient service technicians and couriers.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient care information.
