Job summary

Sprezzatura seeks a Project Manager to support Delivery and Program Operations, tracking OKRs, budgeting, and serving as a bridge between Delivery teams and shared services. This hands-on role focuses on keeping leadership aligned with clients and execution.

You will coordinate leadership calendars, travel, and meetings while monitoring budgets, risks, and decisions. The role requires strong organization and timely delivery of results, with mainly remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in delivery operations, business operations, program or project management, or a related operations role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars for Delivery leadership and client meetings.
• Track action items from leadership meetings to completion.
