Sprezzatura is seeking a Delivery and Program Operations Business Manager to own the business side of Delivery, including budgets, OKRs, and cross-functional coordination for client engagements.

This fully remote U.S. role requires strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience with multi-stakeholder programs and enterprise systems. Expect high collaboration with leadership and shared services.

Formación

• 7+ years in delivery ops, business operations, or related role with senior leaders.
• Experience planning leadership offsites/client events incl. vendor contracting.
• Experience building and monitoring budgets with cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and leadership communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems like Costpoint/ADP.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and scale ops.
• Ability to handle confidential business and personnel information.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate calendars for Delivery leadership and client meetings.
• Plan travel, meetings, and leadership sessions; manage logistics.
• Track action items from leadership meetings to completion.
• Prepare OKR status summaries and dashboards for execs.
• Own end-to-end coordination of Delivery All-Hands meetings.
• Manage budgets for Delivery initiatives and events.
• Review vendor pricing, contracts, and invoices for value.
