Job summary

Sprezzatura Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a Delivery and Program Operations Business Manager to oversee delivery budgets, OKR tracking, and cross-functional coordination between Delivery teams and Integrated Operations. The role is remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in delivery operations, business operations, program or project management, or a related operations role partnering with senior leaders.
• Proven experience planning and managing budgets, analyzing costs against plan, and ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate options, weigh cost, risk, and value, and make clear recommendations to leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and ADP.
• Comfort using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale operations.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential business, financial, and personnel information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and coordinate across Delivery, Integrated Operations, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Delivery leadership calendars, client meetings, program reviews, and leadership sessions.
• Manage logistics for client-facing meetings, reviews, and leadership sessions, including invitations and materials.
• Track action items from Delivery leadership and program meetings through to completion.
• Plan and coordinate travel for Delivery leaders and staff, including itineraries and transportation.
• Respond to time-sensitive Delivery requests and scheduling changes to keep leaders focused on clients and execution.
• Own end-to-end coordination of Delivery All-Hands meetings, including scheduling and reminders.
• Partner with Marketing and Recruiting on meeting recording and post-meeting editing and posting of recordings and decks.
• Manage Delivery communications and distribution lists to ensure all staff receive important information.
• Coordinate sharing of materials and updates across Delivery and shared services.
