Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Process Lead to bring clarity, consistency, and scale to how our technology teams plan, build, and deliver. You will map current processes across the software and product development lifecycles, identify gaps, and design scalable, measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process improvement and process design.
• Experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end software/tech delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/PDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional discovery to map current-state processes across all phases of the SDLC/PDLC.
• Identify gaps and design future-state processes to improve efficiency and scale.
• Partner with engineering, product, QA, design, architecture, security, and operations leaders.
• Create and maintain process documentation, maps, playbooks, RACI models, templates, and guides.
• Define and report on metrics measuring process adherence, maturity, and delivery efficiency.
• Plan rollout of new or updated processes with communication, training, and change management.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums to drive alignment.
• Build a continuous-improvement feedback loop.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on delivery practices.
