Job summary
Lennar seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead FP&A platforms (Oracle JD Edwards E1 and Oracle EPM) across a large, multi-entity homebuilding organization. You will own the roadmap, translate business needs into requirements, and drive automation and AI/ML to reduce manual work.
You will partner with LTG and Finance to design scalable FP&A architectures, manage integrations, and deliver future-ready financial systems that accelerate planning cycles and improve accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in large, decentralized, multi-division organizations.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, OCI).
- Familiarity with agile / SAFe delivery models.
- MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree.
- Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end FP&A product vision and roadmap (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting).
- Translate FP&A needs into epics and user stories for delivery.
- Collaborate with Finance to prioritize needs based on value and impact.
- Lead Oracle EPM modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
