Job summary

Amplify is seeking a seasoned process design leader to architect lightweight, collaboratively-built operating playbooks for a complex Product organization. You will pair with business unit partners to standardize how Product plans, builds, and ships, while avoiding overhead that stifles momentum.

You will diagnose gaps, design scalable processes, and establish governance across planning, launches, and stage gates, ensuring delivery remains rigorous but humane for teams delivering learning

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, program management, process design, or product operations leadership.
• Experience building lightweight, well-adopted processes that teams actually use.
• Experience designing and rolling out core operating processes at scale.
• Strong partnership and co-creation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches end-to-end.
• People management experience.
• Comfort with both strategy and execution.
• K-12 or education context preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and steward cross-functional planning calendars for the Product organization.
• Design standardized end-to-end launch processes across business units.
• Develop and evolve the five-gate stage gate process and governance.
• Identify gaps and build lightweight, co-developed processes.
• Build and lead the central team that designs and supports critical processes.
• Establish a continuous improvement loop with pilots, learning, and data.
