Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to lead our Associate to Consultant (A2C) ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) and grow our early-in-career talent.

You will manage a team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers, shaping IT strategies, overseeing delivery, and driving collaboration with partners and sales to exceed customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, or related field.
• 8+ years IT/Management Consulting experience with leadership.
• Experience in IT transformation and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Cloud Architects, and Delivery teams to deploy solutions and provide input on new features.
• Develop and oversee IT strategies for customers and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of engagements.
• Manage practice P&L and drive customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead business development initiatives and align staffing with client needs.
