Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead a team of Delivery Consultants within the ProServe Shared Delivery Team.

You will guide engagement delivery, build executive relationships, and align client outcomes with AWS offerings, driving value and customer satisfaction. You will influence portfolios, manage delivery performance, and collaborate across AWS partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, including resource planning, scheduling, status reporting and prioritization of tasks.
• Financial modeling, P&L management or analysis skills.
• Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive change.
• Sales and negotiation skills for opportunity capture and proposal development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborate with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and provide input on new features.
• Develop and oversee IT strategies for customers.
• Manage practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of engagements.
• Drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
