ASSPL is seeking an L2 associate to serve as the primary interface between Amazon and delivery partners. The role focuses on resolving delivery partner issues, escalating complex cases, and suggesting process improvements while maintaining excellent service levels.

Ideal candidates possess strong time-management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate basic software tools and work both independently and in a team.

Qualificações

• Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and partners.
• Good comprehension and concentration to resolve issues.
• Team player and independent worker.
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Outlook, Word and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent typing skills and ability to navigate websites.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary interface between Amazon and delivery partners.
• Communicate professionally at all times and provide expeditious service.
• Escalate sensitive cases through the escalation matrix.
• Identify DP concerns and propose process improvements.
• Maintain or exceed performance metrics.
• Seek solutions through logical reasoning and trend analysis.
