Responsibilities

• Understand transport operations challenges; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest improvements.
• Map business requirements, understand processes, study workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
• Be data driven; develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting and budgeting analyses.
• Deep dive into industry practices and apply solutions to business problems.
• Monitor operational performance of the program and track DSP partner metrics.
• Own network compliance score for associated accounts and track capacity reliability of the partners.
• Launch multiple new projects or services via coordination with stakeholders and on-ground partners.
• Touchbase with partners to ensure business runs smoothly and resolve issues with DSPs.
