Job summary

Sonaca North America seeks a Delivery Coordinator Supervisor to lead the Delivery Coordinator Team and ensure timely product delivery. Responsibilities include managing customer orders through manufacturing, communicating schedules, and coordinating with operations and planning to maintain flow and stock control.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, plus experience in manufacturing and use of Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred; may require a pre-employment assessment.
• Background in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Interpretation of information from oral, written, or diagram form.
• Time management; well organized with strong prioritization.
• Works effectively independently and in a team environment.
• Capable of practical problem solving and analytical decision making.
• Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Shows understanding of process flows, lead-times and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct internal and external customer orders through the manufacturing process.
• Respond to delivery or product inquiries; communicate with plant operations, scheduling, planning, and logistics teams.
• Track and update recovery plans for the facility.
• Maintain delivery schedules with the delivery coordinator team; provide clear status updates to customers.
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule delivery coordinator personnel.
• Lead and participate in meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify obstacles early and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with site operations to ensure stable workflow and stock management.
