Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure timely product delivery and to serve as the main contact for internal customers. The role coordinates orders through manufacturing, communicates delivery statuses, and works closely with the Delivery Assurance Manager and CSR team.

The position emphasizes attention to bottlenecks, process improvement, and collaboration with operations to maintain stable workflow and accurate scheduling across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; pre-employment assessment if not achieved.
• Background in manufacturing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• AA or equivalent from two-year college in business/engineering/materials management with 4+ years CS in aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct internal and external customer orders through the manufacturing process.
• Respond to delivery- or product-related inquiries; liaise with plant ops, shipping, and quality.
• Engage daily with Delivery Assurance Manager to identify delivery risks and status.
• Identify obstacles early and escalate when needed.
• Improve process flows to cut costs and boost efficiency.
• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate status to upstream customers.
• Collaborate with site operations to balance orders, priorities, and stock.
• Schedule production using site tools with master schedulers to ensure timely releases.
• Participate in cross-functional delivery clinics to address root causes and corrective actions.
