Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in delivery/ops.
• Defensive driving certification or CDL (preferred).
• HazMat certification preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) and maintain logs.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules including extra days and shifts.
• Coordinate with Safety for training, inspections and incident investigations.
• Communicate with Sales and Marketing to address delivery issues.
• Build associate engagement through regular meetings and open communication.
