Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Delivery Coordinator Supervisor to lead the Delivery Coordinator Team and ensure timely product delivery across the manufacturing process. You will coordinate internal and external orders and communicate delivery plans with operations, planning, and logistics.

This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to resolve obstacles quickly. You will collaborate with Master Schedulers, Materials Managers and the CSR team to maintain schedules and

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Solid ability to read and interpret information and diagrams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills in a lean manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct internal and external orders through the manufacturing process.
• Respond to delivery or product inquiries with cross-functional teams.
• Track and update recovery plans to maintain schedules.
• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate status to customers.
• Lead, train, and schedule delivery coordinator staff.
• Attend meetings and drive continuous improvement with site operations.
• Identify obstacles early and work to resolve impediments.
• Collaborate with Master Schedulers, Materials Managers, and Central Planning.
• Support capacity planning and ensure timely release of production orders.
• Coordinate with CSR to move jobs and update coverage files.
