Job summary

Sysco Lincoln, Inc. is seeking an Operations supervisor to oversee delivery staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and improve efficiency.

The role involves directing daily delivery activities, coordinating with sales and marketing, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include organizing schedules, monitoring performance, and working with other departments to address customer issues and delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Defensive driving program required by Sysco; HazMat preferred; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates with adherence to SOPs and routes.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulatory agencies; maintains accurate electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares work schedules.
• Oversees asset use and organizes repairs in coordination with appropriate departments.
• Reviews delivery functions, productivity reports and proposes efficiency improvements.
• Interprets and enforces company policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
