Job summary

Sysco Arkansas is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient routing.

You will manage delivery associates, schedule shifts, monitor efficiency, and collaborate with Sales and Safety teams. Requires 1–3 years of related experience, high school diploma or GED, and a valid CDL A preferred. This role may involve on-site requirements and possible travel to other operating centers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• HazMat certification preferred; defensive driving program required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) and accurate electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours, schedules, and budgeted consumables.
• Coordinates with Safety, Sales, and Marketing to resolve issues and improve delivery performance.
• Communicates policies and trains associates; conducts safety inspections and performance reviews.
