Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, ensure SOPs and routes compliance.
• Monitor regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) and maintain accurate logs.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget; prepare schedules.
• Oversee asset use, coordinate repairs, and monitor productivity and reports.
• Communicate with Sales/Marketing to address customer delivery issues and opportunities.
• Enforce company policies, participate in safety inspections and disciplinary actions.
