Job summary

Sellers Dorsey is seeking an Operations Delivery Specialist to support day-to-day execution of Product & Technology engagements, including analytics, SaaS delivery, and regional initiatives. You will maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards, coordinating across teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
CAPM or PMI PM Ready certification; PMP when eligible; or CSM preferred.
2+ years in project coordination, PMO, or delivery support in a consulting/tech environment.
Smartsheet experience; ability to build plans, reports and dashboards.
Experience in healthcare or public health settings preferred.
Experience with SaaS delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

Delivery execution: maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
Manage RAID logs, change requests, and risk flags; report to leadership.
Schedule meetings; prepare agendas and capture notes with follow-ups.
Apply delivery standards for scheduling, estimation, change control, and tracking.
Build and maintain Smartsheet plans, dashboards, reports, and forms.
Produce routine status reports and capacity views for leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional communications with Product, Finance, Legal, Growth, and Client Success.
Draft SOPs, templates, and process docs; support continuous improvement.
Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and staffing inputs.
