SmarTek21, Seattle-based digital transformation leader, seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to provide end-to-end technical oversight, operational execution, and financial governance across multi-account client engagements. You will lead distributed onshore and offshore teams, translate SOWs into delivery plans, manage budgets and margins, and partner with Sales and Solutions for RFP responses.

This role requires strong Agile/DevOps expertise and a proven ability to drive client satisfaction

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of overall experience in technology, including 5+ years leading technical delivery across multiple projects or enterprise client accounts.
Demonstrated experience in IT services, consulting, systems integration, or managed services.
Strong engineering or architecture foundation with deep domain expertise in at least one technical area and broad knowledge across development, cloud, and integrations.
Demonstrated ownership of engagement financials including budgeting, staffing models, resource utilization, and delivery profitability.
Proven track record of managing geographically distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, SDLC governance, and production support operations.
Ability to evaluate and challenge technical estimates and architecture decisions.
Proven experience in executive stakeholder management and troubled account recovery.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and managed services engagements.
Review architectures, estimates, dependencies, and approaches to ensure robust, scalable, secure solutions.
Guide teams in modern engineering practices, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and reliable releases.
Own delivery performance across client accounts, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Translate Statements of Work into delivery plans with milestones, staffing, governance, and acceptance criteria.
Manage engagement financials, forecasting, and gross-margin performance; mitigate budget slippage.
Lead distributed delivery teams across onshore and offshore models.
Serve as executive escalation and governance contact for client stakeholders; lead service reviews.
Collaborate with Sales and Solutions on RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, and commercial assumptions.
Evaluate AI tools and automation to optimize velocity and efficiency.
