Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Market Delivery Supervisor in the United States to lead a delivery operations team and ensure top-tier customer service. You will coach, schedule, and develop XDT associates, manage inventory flow, and resolve escalations to keep deliveries on time.

You will partner with third-party providers and internal Lowe's teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 5 Years of supply chain leadership experience and high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of supply chain leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a market-based delivery operations team, oversee delivery performance, and analyze call metrics for process improvements.
• Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Motivate and manage associates daily, creating and promoting daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers on escalated issues, lead problem-solving efforts, and enhance customer delivery experiences.
• Coordinate with third-party delivery providers to deliver world-class experiences.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory reconciliation and audits.
• Lead and influence others to deliver business results, applying knowledge of Home Delivery Operations and Call Center processes.
• Interact with third-party logistics providers, Lowe's Supply Chain teams, distribution nodes, and store operations to support operational excellence.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving, change leadership, and team orientation skills.
• Communicate Delivery successes, opportunities, and recommended solutions regularly to improve experiences.
• Maintain dialogue with third-party logistics vendor partners to address claims and complaints related to In-Home Customer Delivery.
