Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation operations and dispatch.
• Strong routing and scheduling abilities.
• Warehouse management experience and inventory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service issues.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members to ensure consistent processes.
• Create, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules.
• Order and maintain office supplies to support operations.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Submit nightly operations recap reports and attend planning meetings.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies.
