Sun Communities is seeking a Delivery Operations Analyst to administer Wrike governance, develop standardized templates, and deliver timely dashboards that reveal delivery health, risks, and performance trends.

The role requires 2+ years in delivery operations and a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive consistent processes with data accuracy. A valid driver’s license is needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in business, IT, or related field.
• 2 years in project/delivery operations or PMO support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Wrike or similar PM platforms preferred.
• Valid driver's license and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint proficiency.

Mansioni

• Administer Wrike access, configurations, and governance to support standard delivery operations.
• Provide Wrike support, guidance, and adoption improvements for data quality and efficiency.
• Develop governance templates, metrics, and documentation for portfolio management.
• Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, decisions, and follow-ups for accountability.
• Track tasks and dependencies for small initiatives and operational work.
• Oversee the Innovation & Technology Playbook and knowledge repositories with content management.
• Support team planning, onboarding, and enablement activities with logistics and resources.
• Design and maintain portfolio, program, and delivery reports and dashboards.
• Analyze executive reports, ensure data accuracy, and improve formats.
• Utilize AI tools to boost productivity and reporting effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
