Job summary

Delivery leadership role overseeing end-to-end project delivery, governance, and talent planning across client engagements. You will drive schedules, budgets, risks, and staffing while maintaining 100% SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include creating charters, dashboards, quarterly reviews, and proactive audits, along with automation initiatives and knowledge sharing to improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing project delivery with governance and SLA adherence.
• Ability to create quarterly charters with weekly trajectories.
• Experience with audits and compliance activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client review cadence.
• Familiarity with Confluence and SAP for project management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless delivery of projects and adherence to schedule, quality, and cost.
• Maintain 100% SLA compliance and information security protocols.
• Create quarterly project charters with defined weekly trajectories.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
• Lead quarterly demand forecasting and talent planning.
• Foster training compliance and knowledge sharing across the account.
• Engage stakeholders and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Drive automation opportunities and optimization initiatives.
