Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Albany, GA seeks a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, and service teams. You will report to the Service Manager and drive efficient, high-quality service while leading drivers and staff across routes.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to DOT regulations (if applicable), and excellent customer service. Travel within the branch area is expected as part of supervising operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations, delivery management, transportation, service management, or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driving license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, and must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of delivery and service routes to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize route productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure consistent customer service and respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce all company safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and operational procedures.
