Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate local delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Assign deliveries based on customer priority, traffic, and driver availability.
• Monitor driver progress using delivery tracking tools.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and special requests.
• Support Delivery Drivers and step in to make deliveries when needed.
• Coordinate order staging and ensure required documentation is included.
• Process customer returns and ensure timely credit processing.
• Monitor department scheduling and labor hours.
• Complete weekly vehicle safety inspections and fleet documentation.
• Assist with online orders and incoming phone calls during busy periods.
• Promote teamwork, customer service, and safety.
