Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers in a timely manner.
• Ensure correct parts are delivered to customers accurately.
• Map efficient delivery routes.
• Track delivery quality using the Delivery Management System.
• Resolve delivery issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle cash from drivers and maintain records.
• Inspect returns and prepare cores for return to DC or manufacturer.
• Maintain fleet and report vehicle issues affecting service.
