NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Store Dispatcher to join our team of auto parts professionals. You will schedule deliveries, dispatch drivers and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment.

You will plan routes, monitor delivery quality, handle returns with care, and keep the fleet in safe, working order. This fast-paced role rewards reliability and strong teamwork.

A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with excellent communication skills and attention to part numbers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for delivering customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen sense for seeing, hearing and remembering part numbers and line codes.
• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with stool or ladder; stairs stamina.
• Motivated team player thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, good judgment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers on a timely basis.
• Ensure correct parts are delivered to the right customer order with speed and courtesy.
• Map routes for efficient deliveries.
• Track and analyze delivery service quality using the Delivery Management System.
• Resolve delivery issues and provide effective solutions for customers.
• Handle cash returned by drivers and keep accurate records.
• Inspect returned parts and cores and prepare them for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer.
• Maintain the fleet to keep vehicles in safe working order and flag vehicle problems.
