Job Title: Store Dispatcher I at NAPA Auto Parts

Join our team as a Store Dispatcher I at NAPA Auto Parts. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support our auto parts professionals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers efficiently and on time
• Ensure accurate and courteous delivery of parts to customers
• Plan optimal delivery routes
• Monitor and analyze delivery service quality using our Delivery Management System
• Resolve roadblock issues for customers and implement effective solutions
• Handle cash returned by drivers and maintain accurate records
• Inspect returned parts and cores, preparing them for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer
• Maintain fleet safety and functionality, reporting vehicle issues promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Ability to remember part numbers and line codes
• Physical ability to bend, reach, and walk throughout shifts
• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Motivated team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid Driver's License

Compensation: $19.75 per hour
