Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Technology Staffing, IT Consulting, Professional Services, Software or Digital Services, Staff Augmentation.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct-hire opportunities.
• Strong desire to transition into a client-facing sales career.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and energized by performance-based environments.
• Strong business acumen with an interest in solving clients' technology and workforce challenges.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and place top technology talent across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and consultants.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients, industries, service offerings, and delivery model.
• Attend client meetings alongside Business Development Managers to gain exposure to account strategy and customer relationships.
• Phase 2: transition into Business Development to manage and grow client relationships and opportunities.
