TEKsystems is hiring for a Recruiter Trainee who will undergo extensive onboarding and hands-on training. After training, you’ll recruit IT consultants, build relationships, coach talent on markets, and leverage AI tools to identify the best candidates for client needs.

The role runs through a structured Sales Readiness Program, gaining exposure to client-facing interactions, prospecting, and territory management within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer facing role.
• Strong interest in b2b sales, relationship‑building, and customer service.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive drive and a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated resilience, coachability, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching.
• Develop sourcing strategies using multiple tools and in‑house AI insights.
• Use AI‑generated insights to make data‑driven decisions in recruitment.
• Advise account managers and clients on skill sets, labor rates, and hiring timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for client needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of TEKsystems service offerings and market positioning.
• Meet performance goals aligned to sales activity and revenue outcomes.
• Participate in structured Sales Readiness Program (SRP) for Account Manager transition.
