is seeking a Delivery Management Lead to drive end-to-end IT service delivery and customer success. You will lead delivery teams across incident, problem, change management and RCA, coordinating with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design and run reliable systems. This role emphasizes hands-on AIOps, automation and FinOps in a hybrid, customer-centric environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading delivery teams and ensuring quality services.
- Knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services.
- Experience in incident, problem and change management and RCA.
- Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs.
- AIOps hands-on knowledge and automation mindset.
- Direct interaction with the customer and growth-focused leadership.
- Extensive FinOps experience across multi-cloud with AI cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree and ITIL/PMP or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery teams to provide high-quality IT services.
- Partner with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to deliver outcomes.
- Own technical and managerial support for field engineers and experts.
- Respond to incidents, problems, changes, and escalations.
- Co-create, design, deploy and run reliable, available systems for customers.
