Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd in Indianapolis seeks a Delivery Manager to lead service and change delivery for a key account, coordinating a matrix of Computacenter and partner staff. You will ensure governance, performance and value delivery for the customer and the organisation.

You will manage both direct reports and larger teams, driving improvements, alignment with account strategy, and effective communications across multiple languages and countries where needed.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management.
• ITIL training (likely Expert status).
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of run and change services to meet customer and organizational promises.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and services.
• Objectively manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams.
• Identify risks in service delivery and mitigate them.
• Support contract changes and commercial planning.
• Manage account finances, forecasting and cost management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
