Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Business Architect Manager to lead a delivery-focused team in Frisco, TX, ensuring top-tier customer service within contractual frameworks. You will guide Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to design, deploy, and maintain reliable systems aligned with client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in customer-facing leadership, strong SDLC understanding, and a proven track record managing large teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct customer-facing experience.
5+ years leading delivery teams.
5+ years of management experience (20+ employees).
Knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services and vendors.
Experience in leading/doer role with similar responsibilities.
Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) to achieve positive outcomes.
Strong direct customer interaction experience.
Empowering delivery resource management and growth mindset.
Must be US-based to support US Government Market.
Role located onsite in Frisco, TX (5 days/week).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
