Job summary

Endava is seeking a Delivery Lead to orchestrate advanced AIops initiatives and cross-team delivery across multi-cloud environments. You will drive automation, monitoring, and self-healing workflows using Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudWatch, while enforcing CI/CD guardrails and reliability metrics.

The role emphasizes SRE practices, end-to-end testing, and security/compliance in a global enterprise setting. On-site collaboration may be required with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or software delivery in large enterprises.
• Hands-on with enterprise monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch) and CI/CD automation.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, automated testing, and cloud automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate delivery and cross-team dependencies for complex AI/automation initiatives.
• Oversee automation, monitoring, and self-healing workflows across multi-cloud environments.
• Define and drive CI/CD guardrails and observability standards to prevent downtime.
