Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Enterprise Agile Transformation Lead to guide large-scale IT operating model changes and value-stream driven organizations. You will partner with executives to design future-state structures and roadmap transformations across Build, Run, Product, and Platform teams.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise agile, Lean-Agile transformations, and multi-country delivery, with hands-on capability in governance, metrics, and executive coaching to drive business

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT with 8+ years in Enterprise Agile and Operating Model Transformation.
• Consulting experience in Enterprise Operating Model Design, Organization Design, Lean Portfolio Management.
• Hands-on expertise in Value Stream Transformation, Agile/DevOps Transformation, and Product Operating Models.
• Experience with PMO Transformation, Portfolio Governance, Executive Coaching, and multi-country delivery.

Role Summary

• Lead enterprise-wide IT Operating Model transformation initiatives, designing future-state organization structures aligned to business strategy.
• Define transformation roadmaps and drive organizational change across Build, Run, Product, and Platform organizations.
• Establish product-centric and value-stream-based operating models; support organizational restructuring efforts.
• Coach executive leadership (CIOs, CTOs, VPs) on modern operating models and product mindset.
• Lead Enterprise Agile and Lean-Agile transformations; define Value Streams and facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops.
• Define governance frameworks, KPI frameworks, and build transformation metrics scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and design executive dashboards for portfolio visibility.
• Define AI-enabled IT operating models; identify AI/GenAI opportunities across operating model workflows.
• Build transformation business cases, prepare executive presentations, and support RFPs and proposals.
• Act as a trusted advisor; develop consulting roadmaps and conduct operating model assessments.

Required Experience

• 12+ years in IT, with 8+ years in Enterprise Agile and Operating Model Transformation.
• Proven consulting experience in Enterprise Operating Model Design, Organization Design, and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Hands‑on expertise in Value Stream Transformation, Agile/DevOps Transformation, and Product Operating Models.
• Experience with PMO Transformation, Portfolio Governance, Executive Coaching, and multi-country delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe SPC, ICP-ENT, ICP-ACC, or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Prior software engineering or development background.
• Experience with Jira Align, Jira, Azure DevOps, or enterprise Agile tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted delivery, Agile analytics, or AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Experience in North American enterprise transformation programs preferred.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in related fields.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $165,000 per year
• Pay Range Maximum: $245,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
