Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching drivers, monitoring compliance with DOT/OSHA standards, and covering routes as needed.

• Must be able to read maps and navigate routes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities and performance of route drivers.
• Train, coach, and direct employees to improve performance.
• Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards and ensure compliance goals.
• Run routes as necessary (absences, vacations, breakdowns).
• Plan, distribute, and follow up on daily route assignments.
