Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• RF scanning experience preferred; comfortable learning and training new technology.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with experience training associates.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and mentor associates to deliver operational excellence and safety.
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workloads for the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for warehouse activities.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and departmental goal achievement.
• Monitor and operate equipment and machinery as needed.
