Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or MIS is required.
• Master's degree in IT/CS is preferred.
• Minimum five years in a leadership/mentoring role with delivery responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 scrum teams totaling 12–18 data professionals.
• Manage provider-facing data integration projects and reporting.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities.
