Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related discipline
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related discipline (Preferred)
• 5 years in a leadership / mentoring role
• 5 years of planning, implementing, maintaining and growing capabilities within relevant discipline
• 3 years of developing, communicating and presenting concepts to varying audience

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and software engineers
• Oversee day-to-day support operations, incident management, and lifecycle maintenance
• Partner with Clinical/Provider leadership, operations, and stakeholders to prioritize work
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage SLAs and integrate updates
• Other duties as assigned or requested
