Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced project leader to oversee Dynamics CE implementations and CRM initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery aligns with client goals throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8 years of leadership in technology projects, strong communication with stakeholders, and a solid foundation in financial analysis and planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong skills in project management and systems/technology development.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost, Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Proven business facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establishing Cost Benefit Analysis through required phases of the project.
• Regularly communicating project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders.
• Managing project planning including assembling project teams, delivering plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Overseeing execution, ensuring objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables align with business goals.
• Revising project plan as needed while following SDLC methodology.
• Managing all aspects of CE implementations.
