Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead Dynamics 365 CE implementations for mid-market clients in Chicago. You will plan, scope, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

You will communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and oversee budgets while aligning with SDLC practices and RSM methodologies. This role offers growth within a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years leading technical teams with PM and systems development experience.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost with Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Proven ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Proven business-facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and progress multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Strong technology understanding and ability to learn/apply new tech.
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects through lifecycle.
• Establish Cost Benefit Analysis through project phases.
• Regularly update Program Director and stakeholders on status, risk, and issues.
• Plan projects: assemble teams, assign deliverables, develop plans, schedules, budgets.
• Manage objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to meet goals.
• Revise project plan to changing needs while following SDLC.
• Manage all CE implementations.
