Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects for client engagements. You will manage full deployments from discovery through implementation, cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support, while ensuring timelines and budgets align with client objectives.

The role is client-facing, requiring strong problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor teams. Travel up to 25% may be needed; PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage deployments from discovery to post-cutover support.
• Experience overseeing hypercare and projects valued over $250,000.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and communications.
• Ability to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution on client engagements either individually or in a team.
• Manage full deployments from discovery and planning through cutover and hypercare.
• Oversee M365 and infrastructure projects valued at $250k+.
• Coordinate migrations and cloud or data center initiatives.
• Use proven tools to deliver outcomes aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure high-quality work within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep clients informed.
• Create end-user documentation and client communications.
• Direct and motivate project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Identify new opportunities and support business development.
• Mentor diverse teams with inclusive, innovative leadership.
