Job summary

LGC Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of IT-enabled business initiatives across the US and EMEA regions. You will partner with IT leads, drive requirements, manage budgets, schedules and risk, and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.

You will coordinate system integration, data migration, and cutover planning while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Strong collaboration across sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in project management or equivalent experience.
• Track record delivering complex IT system projects within a multi-site organisation.
• Experience with ERP implementation/integration, data migration and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for business-led IT projects, from requirements through to adoption.
• Translate operational needs into system requirements and hold IT teams to outcomes.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies, reporting into governance bodies.
• Deliver system integration work at project level, including data migration and cutover planning.
• Lead user acceptance testing, coordinating testers and evidencing go/no-go decisions.
