Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies is seeking a Programme and Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of IT-enabled business projects across ERP integrations, customer-facing platforms, and data migrations. You will partner with the IT Technical Delivery Lead to translate operations, commercial, and quality needs into system requirements and ensure outcomes meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in project management or equivalent
• Track record delivering complex IT system projects
• ERP implementation or integration experience
• Web development project delivery experience
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Experience planning and running UAT
• Experience in business change and adoption
• Experience managing technology suppliers
• Technical literacy to challenge solutions without coding
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on planning including schedules, budgets, risk and issues
• Strong stakeholder management across sites and functions

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for business-led IT projects
• Represent the business throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Own and maintain project plan, budget, risk, and issues
• Deliver system integration activity at project level
• Deliver web-based platform and application projects
• Plan and run UAT with test scripts and defect triage
• Manage stakeholders and resource allocation
• Deliver change and adoption activities post-implementation
• Manage technology suppliers and partners
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
• Provide concise project communications to governance bodies
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when needed
• Coach and share lessons learned across PMO frameworks
