Job summary

Datacor seeks a Lead Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of its most complex client implementations across ERP, MES/WMS, and CRM. You will own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management while coordinating cross-functional teams of experts and serving as a trusted advisor to client executives.

You will guide multi-workstream delivery from planning to closure, conduct executive status meetings, and negotiate changes with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or relevant area.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in ERP software delivery or implementation.
• Proven track record delivering large implementations on time and on budget.
• Experience with ERP, MES/WMS, or CRM implementations preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, high-visibility client implementations across ERP, MES/WMS, CRM.
• Own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management for multi-workstream projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain delivery alignment.
• Conduct executive status meetings and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Drive resolution of inquiries and escalations related to delivery and scope.
