Job summary

Lapmaster Wolters is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to drive the transformation across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. You will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver end-to-end program execution and organizational adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience, including ERP or large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-geography initiatives with external partners.
• Strong skills in planning, dependency management, risk governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating testing, data migration, training, deployment, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation planning across all workstreams and maintain the integrated project plan.
• Drive governance with status, risk, issues, decisions, and executive updates to keep the program on track.
• Coordinate program meetings, action logs, decision logs, and RAID management processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure alignment.
• Manage interdependencies across design, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and deployment across the U.S., U.K., and Germany.
• Ensure workshops and sessions are well organized, staffed, and drive decisions to completion.
• Monitor readiness, risks, and ensure smooth go-live and stabilization.
