Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive technology deliverables for the Erica, Chat, and Voice Technology organization. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, and ensure the delivery aligns with scope, quality, schedule, and cost.

You will lead agile planning, triage blockers, onboard technical partners, and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and architectural understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technical project management role in agile environment.
• Ability to manage delivery and collaborate with multiple technology partners and agile teams.
• Experience handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication across organizational levels.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Knowledge of project and software development methodologies and techniques.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
• Interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management abilities.
• Proficiency with common office tools (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
• Manages delivery coordination and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates communication across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Provides status updates on deliverables to stakeholders and leadership including risks and schedule.
• Ensures execution aligns with deliverable requirements with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
