Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Erica, Chat, and Voice Technology organization. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG to enhance conversational banking experiences.

You will partner with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions across enterprise environments, contributing to the future of AI-driven banking and digital client engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
Experience with AI/ML concepts and LLMs
Experience building enterprise applications and RESTful services
Familiarity with RAG and retrieval techniques
Experience with Git and Agile development practices

Responsibilities

Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per acceptance criteria
Designs, develops, and maintains architecture components and interfaces
Mentors other software engineers on CI/CD practices
Develops AI-enabled capabilities and integrates AI into enterprise apps
Develops RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services
Performs code reviews and troubleshoots production issues
Ensures security, performance, and reliability of solutions
