Job summary

Computacenter is looking for a Delivery Manager in the United States to lead run and change delivery for major accounts, ensuring service levels and financial targets are met. You will manage direct reports and matrix teams, driving customer satisfaction and contract performance.

You will champion process improvements, risk management and value delivery, working with Group Services to grow the business. Strong ITIL background and client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
• ITIL training and possibly Expert status.
• Ability to align IT services with customer business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of run and change services to meet customer and organizational promises.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Objectively manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams.
• Demonstrate understanding of customer business impact and improvement actions.
• Identify risks and take measures to mitigate them.
• Lead change initiatives for customers and internal groups.
• Collaborate with Group Services to align account strategy and messaging.
